​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Kamikaze Apparel ZA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure your experience with our products is smooth and fair. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa.

1. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items purchased from Kamikaze Apparel ZA

within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Manufacturing defect or damage on arrival

  • Wrong size (1 free exchange allowed per order; subsequent exchanges may incur delivery charges)

Please Note:
Items marked as final sale, customized, or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving your item, stating your reason for the return along with images (if applicable).

We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
 

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If a return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.

Please Note:

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be processed for items that do not meet return conditions.
     

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Underwear, socks (if packaging is opened)

  • Custom orders or personalized garments

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
     

5. Consumer Rights

This policy is designed in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Nothing in this policy limits any of your legal rights under the Act.  If you believe your rights have been violated, please contact us directly at [your email address]
