PRE ORDER  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pre-Order Kamikaze Apparel Terms and Conditions

 

1. Pre-Order Process:
By placing a pre-order for an item you have chosen item, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Pre-orders can be placed through our designated channels, including our website or authorized retailers. Payment is required at the time of pre-order placement.

 

2. Turnaround Time:
The production and delivery time for pre-ordered apparel is estimated to be between 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as material availability, production issues, or shipping constraints. We will make every effort to notify you promptly of any delays.

 

3. Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of pre-order placement. We accept payment via credit/debit card, Yoco, or any other approved payment methods specified during the checkout process. Payment processing fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of payment.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Any modifications to pre-orders, including changes to size, color, or quantity, must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. We cannot guarantee the fulfillment of modification requests after this timeframe. Cancellations of pre-orders are permitted within 24 hours of order placement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the pre-order. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of 80% of the total order value.

 

5. Product Availability:
Pre-order availability is subject to change based on stock availability and demand. In the event that an chosen item becomes unavailable after a pre-order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative options or a full refund.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping fees will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process. We aim to dispatch pre-ordered chosen item within the estimated 3 to 4-week timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. However, we will assist you in resolving any shipping issues to the best of our ability.

 

7. Quality Assurance:
We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality in our apparel. However, slight variations in color, design, or sizing may occur due to differences in manufacturing processes or materials. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

8. Customer Support:

9. Acceptance of Terms:
By placing a pre-order of your chosen apparel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice. Any updates or amendments will be posted on our website or communicated to you via email.

 

10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
